At Willow Bend Psychotherapy & Wellness, I take a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by the connection between the mind, body, nervous system, relationships, and life experiences. Together, we will work to identify the root causes of distress in order to help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and build a greater sense of balance and well-being.

A Holistic Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing that emotional health is deeply connected to the mind, body, relationships, life experiences, and nervous system. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore the whole person and the factors that may be contributing to your current struggles.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, nervous system regulation, and family systems perspectives, I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we work to identify patterns, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.

**Intensives (offered at 2 hour, 3 hour, and 4 hour sessions) are available to support you in diving deeper without the stop-and-go across multiple sessions. Intensives are not offered as a one-time service, but offered as an additional tool for healing your nervous system, connecting with your body and staying there long enough for healing, and are done with a specific intention.
