Victoria Windham, LISW-CP, LCSW, LCAS

Hi, I’m Victoria! I feel honored that you are here. I specialize in working with both men and women, couples, and families by offering a safe space to slow down, explore your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and direct in the understanding that healing happens when we feel understood, learn that we don’t have to continue living in survival mode, and reclaim the parts of ourselves that we lost along the way.

I work with adults throughout North Carolina and South Carolina who are navigating anxiety, depression, substance use concerns (numbing and medicating), codependency, and trauma. I am also passionate about supporting the loved ones of individuals struggling with addiction, helping family members and partners develop healthy boundaries, improve communication, and begin their own healing journey.

My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), family systems work, nervous system healing, and inner child and reparenting work. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools to create meaningful and lasting change.

Whether you are struggling with overwhelming anxiety, persistent depression, past and current trauma, challenges related to substance use, or the impact addiction has had on your family or relationship, therapy can provide a path toward greater clarity, resilience, and healing.

I received my MSW from Winthrop University and am fully licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina as a LISW-CP and LCSW. I also have full licensure in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). I have received extensive training in EMDR and have received my certificate as an EMDR- Trained Psychotherapist by the Trauma Therapist Institute (EMDRIA-approved).

At Willow Bend Psychotherapy & Wellness, I strive to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode, strengthen your connection to yourself and others, and build a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Healing is not always a straight path—but like the willow that bends without breaking, growth and resilience are possible.
