At Willow Bend Psychotherapy & Wellness, the goal is to provide you with the best treatment possible, and that does not always align to what insurance companies will cover. Services are offered at a self- pay rate, and I am happy to provide a superbill upon request. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

My speciality is working with adult men and women. I am happy to provide a referral to trusted clinicians in the field that have a similar treatment approach and specialize in children and adolescents.
** For family therapy, family members 16 years and older can be included in family sessions, with the expectation that he/she is under the care of a professional for individual sessions.

This is a common question that often includes scheduling, financial, and time concerns. Clients are also understandably wanting to “get to the healing part where I feel better.” This timeline will look different for everyone. In the beginning of treatment, we will meet more frequently in order to build a clinical relationship, create consistency in your healing, and allow for close monitoring of progress. We will check-in with your progress and adjust scheduled sessions accordingly. This can look like continuing weekly sessions, moving to bi-weekly sessions, and eventually monthly or as-needed sessions. We will work together to learn what best meets your needs and what allows you to create healthy and balanced change in your life.
